Important Brown Water Navy Update

The VA Office of General Counsel published a summary of its key opinions affecting BrownWater Navy veterans and their survivors in today’s Federal Register.  While this summary is useful, it is critical for any Brown Water Navy veterans or their survivors to review the full text of these opinions to effectively use them in support of claims.
