USAF Summary FPEB Requests

The Air Force FPEB has now effectively standardized my customary practice of submitting formal case outlines with exhibits in order to determine whether a summary decision- an “on the record “decision- may be granted.  It is critical that you and your attorney ensure that this information is provided to the FPEB at least 72 hours prior to the convening of your hearing in order for them to review and act upon it.  If you do not comply with this requirement, there had best be a darn good reason for this lapse- such as last-minute evidence forwarded the day before the board.   Otherwise, the board members will not be pleased with you or your attorney- this will make for a very rocky start to the case!
