The Night Before Your Hearing

We will spend several hours the night before your formal hearing supplementing all of our previous telephonic, written and electronic case preparation. This is the time when I will walk you through all aspects of how the board will proceed the following day- including voir dire of board members, opening statements, the presentation of evidence, closing arguments, etc. However, our real focus will be upon your testimony. You see, in most cases, hearings are won or lost based upon how well counsel interacts with his client.  Thus, you may expect to spend about 3-4 hours the night before your board responding to every question that I plan to ask you as well as those that we may reasonably expect from the board.  You will be rather tired afterwards, but you will be exceptionally well-prepared.   Preparation is the key to victory in these proceedings- as my client, you will be well-prepared.
