Nonmedical Evidence is Critical to Victory

Nonmedical evidence is absolutely critical to winning your military disability case.  No matter what is contained in your medical records, both IPEB and FPEB members want to know how each potentially unfitting condition affects you in the military workplace.  If you want to be found fit, it is critical to have letters from supervisors and coworkers supporting that you can perform your duties despite your injuries.  Conversely, if you want to be found unfit, your nonmedical evidence must illustrate how each potentially unfitting condition prevents you from performing your duties.  Profiles and duty limiting condition reports help illustrate these points, but will not necessarily carry the day.  That is why your first order of business should be to identify those willing to help writing such letters.  Then, as my client, you and I will work with them to provide the appropriate format and guidelines for such letter sin your particular branch of service.
